Joseph E. Pritchett – President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Pritchett worked for 18 years in corporate management activities with large retail firms as Division Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in business administration and has been participated in additional formal study in paint design and development. Mr. Pritchett has 17 years of experience in active ceramic compounding and formulation. He has the background and expertise to manage the total business operations including sales, promotion, planning/execution, and operations (expense controls, forecasting, planning, and budget reviews). Mr. Pritchett is the principal inventor and developer of the coating products manufactured and distributed by SPI.

Juli Pritchett – Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mrs. Pritchett has been in professional business for over 20 years, serving in a diverse array of positions involving public relations and management. She was a newspaper editor executing layout, design, material presentation, personal interviews and coordinating deadlines. She has broad experience in organizing office procedures, contracts, all aspects of account management and reporting, and maintaining operational planning in real estate firms.

Timothy R. Cappel – Vice President of Business Development, Technology, and Legal

Mr. Cappel graduated with distinction from Duke University Law School in 1974 and the Terry Sanford Institute of Public Policy in 1975 and is admitted to practice in New York, Missouri, and California and before the United States Supreme Court. He practiced as a business and trial lawyer for 25 years with Rogers & Wells in New York, New York, Bryan Cave L.L.P. in St. Louis, Missouri and Los Angeles, California, and Cappel Law Offices in Newport Beach, California. Mr. Cappel has extensive experience in commercial and product liability litigation, corporate finance and securities, real estate development and construction, and intellectual and information technology, and he has owned and operated several companies involved in internet businesses and product development.
